Lovely 3 bedroom south end unit on the 10th floor. The oceanfront master with sweeping views of the Atlantic, has new paint, all new beds and a new sofa sleeper. The master has a King, with a private bath. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twins. Queen sofa sleeper in living area. And of course there is a full guest bath. All the amenities a family needs for a great vacation! Very comfortable equipped. Large Flat Screens, with DVDs in all bedrooms, free Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen and more. The unit has a full size washer & dryer in it's own laundry room. RENTAL INCLUDES ALL LINEN, TOWELS TOO. You cannot beat the gorgeous views. Max Occupancy: 8 GUESTS MUST BE 25 YEARS OR ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT FOR DURATION OF STAY. Non Smoking No Pets

2 Parking Passes will be issued at check-in. Parking is unassigned. (Across the street from building.)
