Ready to escape to paradise with comfort, style & the Aloha Spirit? Just a 15 minute walk to the beach, The Palm Villas is located within the beautifully kept grounds of the Mauna Lani Resort. This is a quiet complex with swimming pool, hot tub, and small fitness center. Make this your headquarters for seeing everything the Big Island has to offer. Nearby you'll find beaches, snorkelling, golf, restaurants, luaus and shopping. Feel like exploring? You can visit the Kilauea Volcano or drive to the top of Mauna Kea (the tallest mountain on earth measured from the sea floor). World class sport fishing is available along the Kona coast. The small towns around the island all have something to offer. Visit one of the weekly farmer's markets to taste the local fare. Whether you want to run from one outdoor activity to the next or simply lay on the beach all day, the Big Island won't disappoint.

Our 2 story home is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo, with a small loft. The loft area has a twin size day bed and trundle for additional sleeping options, and a full sized washer and dryer. One bedroom and bathroom are located on the ground level. Our home is on the end of a building with only 6 units.

From making a cup of coffee to cooking an elaborate dinner, our kitchen should have everything you need. The living room and dining room area offer plenty of room to spread out. The primary bedroom, on the second floor, includes its own lanai with two lounge chairs for your private escape. Out the back door and just across the grass, you will find the pool and fitness center.

Note: Our Swimming Pool and Spa were resurfaced in September 2025, and are now open. The Spa will not be heated until sometime around October 20 to facilitate the curing process

We welcome families up to 8 people.

Palm Villas is a short walk from the Mauna Lani Hotel, The Shops at Mauna Lani, and Kalahuipua'a Historic Park. Just across Pauoa Road is the Mauna Lani Spa and Mauna Lani Sports & Fitness Club (additional fees required).

Kalahuipua'a Historic Park includes a path winding between lava tubes that leads to Kalahuipua'a Fish Ponds & the Mauna Lani Beach Club. Rental of our condo comes with a Mauna Lani Beach Club Card, which allows you access and parking at the private beach club.

The Shops at Mauna Lani include a small grocery store, coffee shop, restaurants and some shopping opportunities.

This is a new listing, but it's not our first. We have a 10/10 rating on our Mauna Lani, Golf Villas Q22 condo. We purchased this larger condo with family so we would have more room for our extended family. We hope you and your family will enjoy your time here as much as we do!

PARKING: It is required that you park inside our single car garage. SUV's should fit, but it can be a bit tight. A permit can be made available for a second vehicle. Parking is limited to two vehicles.

Great location and amenities. We particularly liked the kitchen and three en suite bathrooms. Excellent communications via text with Kimby and Ken and secure access to gated complex, condo, garage, etc. We didn't take advantage of the pool but went to the beautiful beach club area twice with the provided chairs and towels. Bookmarked for future visits!

This place is perfect! Has everything you need to be comfortable and enjoy the beach club. Very spacious and right by the pool! Access to the garage was very handy. The hosts are extremely responsive and accommodating. We come every year and this place is by far the nicest we’ve stayed at in the area. Would 100% recommend and hope to come back next year.

This a perfectly supplied home. Extremely clean and tastefully decorated. Kitchen was fully stock with all appliance and every kitchen tool you could ask for while preparing meals. Every bedroom was supplied with beautifully coordinating bedding and extra sheets and blankets for the comfort like your own home. We enjoyed the notebook with instructions for the home and highlighted attractions, shopping and restaurants in the area. Private beach and pool are close to so, you can enjoy both in each day of your stay.Your family can create their own memories. Playing with the family board games in the evening is an awesome way to end your day. The host has a wide selections of family games to choose from.All beach towels, toys. chairs where supplied for your convenience and use each day. We arrived with perfect instructions and communication from the host so, everything was stress free. Our family will be back each year the same time. This is definitely paradise with all the comforts of home. Thank you Ken and Kimby for sharing your vacation home with us. You really know how to be the perfect host of this Condo.

We hope you and your family will enjoy your time here as much as we do! This is a new listing, but it's not our first. We have a 10/10 rating on our Mauna Lani, Golf Villas Q22 condo. We purchased this larger condo with family so we would have more room for our extended family. We truly enjoy getting positive reviews. What started out as a financial investment in our favorite vacation destination has become so much more. We enjoy the interactions with the guests, and hearing stories about their adventures on the Island of Hawaii. We try hard to keep our condo very clean and in good working order. We visit four times per year for deep cleaning and to maintain plumbing, air conditioning, etc. By staying on top of maintenance we hope that your vacation will be uninterrupted by any minor or major issues.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this part of the island after many years of annual vacations in the Waikoloa Beach area which is just a couple miles south. We found that the Mauna Lani Beach Club is our all time favorite beach. It is very well protected under most conditions, and offers calm water and great snorkeling. Our complex, Palm Villas, is one of the smallest in the Mauna Lani area. We enjoy the quiet location.

What makes this property unique

Palm Villas is a good location for walking to the beach, fish ponds, and the Shops at Mauna Lani. It is a quick stroll home from Happy Hour at Tommy Bahama's. We like our location within the Palm Villas. We are the closest to the swimming pool (without being too close). We strive for cleanliness and try to stay on top of the many little things that need attention when maintaining any home.
