Need plenty of room to spread out? This is your kind of place. This three-bedroom vacation home offers the space you need as well as plenty of storage and seating. In the extra large master bedroom, you'll find built in shelving that includes a desk and chair and houses a TV and DVD player. You can read or watch TV in your side chair and ottoman, or relax in your king size bed. The furniture in this room is white wicker, with light blue and pink colors. The bath offers double sinks, a vanity chair, a telephone, walk-in shower, jetted tub and a huge walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a king bed, with white wicker furniture, a TV and DVD player along with a wicker wardrobe. Your white wood bed has a floral pattern. In the third bedroom, a king bed awaits. The room is done in creams and light floral patterns, has a TV and a light, airy full bath as well. In the kitchen, greens and florals greet you. You have a breakfast nook table for four, a tray ceiling and a pretty chandelier. The large kitchen has green Corian countertops and a tile backsplash with a palm tree design. The dining area features a large wood dining table for six. In the den you'll find built in shelving that hosts a large flat screen TV, DVD player and a stereo system. Relax in one of two recliners, or on the sofa or love seat. Plenty of room for everyone!

we all enjoyed our stay here. We had a hard time figuring out how to turn the shower head on. The pillows were not soft at all. The TV's you couldn't get Netflix and etc... to log into., they were old tv's. The front desk couldn't help us with this either. They did have someone come to the room, but he couldn't figure it out as well. otherwise, it was a great place. it would have been nice if they could have contacted the owners of the condo and asked about the tv operations for us.

Spacious and gorgeous view

The property is VERY spacious and we all enjoyed our girls weekend. The view is gorgeous. The master closet is enormous. All rooms were very large and could easily accommodate large families. Many amenities in both the unit and the complex. The showers could use some sprucing up. Need recaulking and mold removed in shower and especially drain. Would definitely stay again.

Much needed get away!

Everything was great with the condo unit. My only negatives would be the extra expenses added on for VRBO. I felt like it was too much! Also, instead of the rented chairs and umbrellas being in the front closet to the water people were allowed to get in front of you and block your view to the beach. In all my years of coming to the beach that was a first.

BIG CONDO and NICE

Ceiling to floor view of Gulf in living and dining area, Wrap around deck has incredible view of inland Orange Beach. We usually stay on the other end of Phoenix East (PExx10) but this is better. There is no "02" unit, it is incorporated in the "01" unit thus Massive space. Six (6) person limit by owner. Furnishings nice reckon that is why the six person limit so they don't sleep all over the furniture. We will be back !

Condo was as described but the rental agent was very misleading

I’ll start by saying that the location of the condo is as described. Beach views are great. Condo was very dated, late 80’s but I’m not complaining. I really don’t care what the wallpaper looks like. Floors were fairly clean, appliances were functional. If you want a view and beach convenience this is a 5 out of 10. My issues were with Brett/Robinson company. I inquired 1 month prior to our stay in writing to see if there was ongoing construction on property and written reply said no. I called on a separate occasion to confirm and it was stated, no construction. We get there, check in and we are on the 14th floor. Just next door right outside our balcony was a crane, cement trucks and a full construction crew that started at 6:30 AM each morning. RIGHT OUTSIDE OUR WINDOWS AND RIGHT OFF OUR BALCONY. I messaged Brett/Robinson rental company at least 6 times to ask what was going on and they denied construction was planned. They told me to ask the front desk. I did ask the front desk manager and I was told that the crane, trucks and crew had been active since Late fall 2020. Brett/Robinson mislead us in VRBO communication so beware. They had every opportunity throughout the week to make it right in some way but would not. Basically said to bad. If interested I can provide the Vrbo communication with the Brett/Robinson resource. BEWARE, they will mislead you and you may end up vacationing with a very loud crane and construction crew right off your balcony with wonderful sounds and early morning wake up noise. I’d say rent from another agency. I know I will never rent with Brett/Robinson again.
