Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
You may take your trash bags out to the dumpster in the parking lot.
Please return the thermostat to 77in warm months, and 65 in the winter.
Check-out is by 10AM sharp. (Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate late checkouts if you are visiting during our busy summer season.)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking on the premises at any time - this includes the balcony.
No pets are allowed at this home.
Please be respectful of your neighbors - quiet time begins at 11pm.
