It's a really beautiful area, close to Bagnell dam/Dog Patch which is great. The unit we stayed in was comfortable.Unfortunately not well lit at night at #30, where we stayed.Nice swimming pools to choose from, you've got to be able to do fairly steep stairs, or you can drive over the the resort center to swim. #30 was ideal for parking and carrying things in as there are no stairs to get into the unit.Really nice seating inside and plenty of space for a larger family to sleep, including a partician that can make the living room area into a more private bedroom if needed.Gorgeous view of the lake. Plenty of docking if you have a boat.Overall, a really nice place to stay.

If you plan to stay here with a boat, there is no place to park your boat trailer on site. The closest boat launch is 20 minutes away. The boat slip was clear across the cove from where our unit was. The unit itself was cute and nice.
Family of four getaway was relaxing seeing lake and boats pass by. Communication was great and Jennifer and Mark at front desk guest service were very accommodating.

Idyllic Getaway
What a beautiful and relaxing stay we enjoyed at Tree Top! The view of the lake from the floor to ceiling windows was simply gorgeous. The king bed in the main level bedroom was super comfy and the shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water.
Sam in the front office was absolutely fantastic- so sweet and helpful.
Only suggestion would be to provide pool towels - we improvised and used bath towels but pool towels would be a nice touch.
We will definitely stay here again.
We had a late arrival due to mixed circumstances and unable to swim at night. We were accommodated by a very generous delayed departure time and pass to the pools. We would have appreciated soap for showers and possibly a snack item or two and condiments for the coffee provided. We were not aware when we went to the pool we needed to take towels with us. Information in regard to towels would have been helpful. The room was very clean and the view in the morning was amazing. It was a great stay very peaceful and enjoyable.

Very disappointing, the property showed it hadn't been occupied in awhile, Although it appeared pretty clean, there were cobwebs and spider webs with spider eggs inside and outside, thankfully my husband bought bug spray and sprayed. There was a squashed moth on the wall inside, we killed 3 spiders inside, and cobwebs all over the windows and porches outside. The property needed to be sprayed down with a hose especially the windows on the outside and dusted with a swifter duster broom from the ceiling, and walls on the inside, and the light fixtures as well, and sprayed inside and out for spiders. I kept feeling like I was running into cobwebs inside around the kitchen table area. It was nice that the icemaker had already been set so we had ice. The light was out over the stove, my husband replaced it with one from a lamp, Also the porch light worked, but the security light in front of the house didn't come on when it got dark like our neighbors. The stove top needs the inserts for the burners replaced they looked terrible and were awful to cook on, nothing cooked leveled. The burners need to be adjusted or replaced, don't mind out dated appliances but they need to work right and look decent. The last thing is using the keypad lock, took awhile to get in because no one mentioned you needed to touch the pad prior to putting in the code, finally figured it out, just would have saved us time if we had known. Also lots of missing blinds, very tacky
The view of the lake was the best thing about the property. The house is floor to ceiling windows and the view was beautiful. But that came with a price. The home was very hot. The vertical shades were old and missing multiple pieces and some came off while trying to open or close them. There was only 1 fan in the house over the dinner table. A note at the thermostat said don't turn air below 72. The basement was so hot probably 10 degrees hotter than upstairs so we couldn't sleep down there. I had to go buy a fan for the upstairs bedroom. I did message Tia and asked if we could turn the air down more and she said yes, no lower than 69 so the unit wouldnt freeze up.The electrical sockets were all very loose. Very little lighting inside and no light in the kitchen. The stove hood light didnt work. The house diffinately could use updating. The spiral staircase was very narrow and small steps. The shower head in the upstairs bedroom tub doesn't have a way to turn it on, just the tub faucet. The bathrooms all need new adult size towels and more of them. The kitchen was stocked nicely for cooking pans, pots and utensils. Sugar,Salt and pepper would be nice to have provided along with some basic spices. We have never been to the Four Seasons before so we didn't know where all the shared amenities were. A map or directions would be nice to have so you know where to go.Tia was very friendly and answered questions very quickly.
Perfect unit for a weeklong lake vacation. Unit was clean, in good repair, windows and outside areas were directly overlooking the lake, and it was in a quieter community in among the trees without a lot of noisy boat traffic. Compared to other units, there weren’t stairs to the entryway (some units have a ton of stairs). The unit is comfortable and well laid out, the kitchen stocked with all pots, pans, and cooking items. While the kitchen and bathroom are a bit dated, everything is functional and works well. It was an affordable option and the pet fee and rules weren’t excessive. The location is in a quieter part of the lake next to the four seasons golf course. Check in and entry is keyless and easy, the office staff was knowledgable when I asked questions about the four seasons aquatic center pool pass and options for things in the area. It was a relaxing and easy experience and I would stay here again.
