Cool off in the pool after exploring the San Juan mountains, or relax in the hot tub after a day skiing at Purgatory.

No matter your adventure, end the day relaxing by the fire in your cozy living room.

This condo has accommodations for 4 and provides a spacious living room with comfortable seating and a large dining room table perfect for playing games or hosting friends and family. The cozy living room also has a fireplace and smart tv perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes or exploring town. The fully stocked kitchen comes with complementary coffee, and is stocked with everything you'll need during your stay. This condo also provides:

**The unit is on the 1st level of the complex, but requires stairs to access the unit (17 stairs total)**

The condo complex backs up to Power Line trail which connects to Raiders Ridge and the Horse Gulch trail system, a world class mountain biking system. There are several more trails, as well as a disc golf course that weave through and around the Fort Lewis college campus, all within walking distance of the complex.

Cozy and comfy

Property was easy to get in and out of. Condo was private and cozy and spacious. Was nice to have amenities in the condo as needed like the washer and dryer. Upright vacuum would have been nice, but the broom sufficed. Decor was interesting and unique. Loved the skateboard shelves. The master bed was surprisingly comfortable to us. The clubhouse was a little outdated and the pool area could have used some attention. Overall stay was great!
