We had a wonderful stay in upstate New York. The house was exactly as listed, with a wonderful view of the community lake. The host was extremely responsive and courteous, there were a few nice touches in the house that we really appreciated. We particularly loved the large games library! Would definitely stay here again.
This is our first time starting at a VRBO and we were very impressed with the host and home. We thoroughly enjoyed our time staying in this charming home and would highly recommend it to anyone coming to the Catskills. First off, communication was great, and it was very easy to get into the home. The property itself is spacious and offers lots of privacy. We enjoyed the thoughtful outdoor additions, including multiple hammocks, a fire pit and a stocked woodpile, tables and chairs on both the front and back porches, a hot tub and outdoor games. The house was also well stocked for wine lovers, coffee/tea drinkers, readers, and families with children. We particularly enjoyed that each room had its own temperature control, allowing each person to tailor their bedroom to their preferred temperature and separate from shared spaces. There were so many thoughtful touches that helped us feel at home, including snacks & sodas, coffee, roasting sticks for the fire, air fryer, wireless phone chargers in each room, a pack & play, board games, and extra supplies in the bathrooms. Oh, and not to mention, the beds were very comfortable! Although we didn’t use them, we were also pleasantly surprised to have access to the community’s amenities. Would definitely return to this property.
