You can walk to beaches, grocery store, restaurants, and night-life! Our 2 queen bed apartment (plus comfy queen inflatable for extra guests) is surrounded by lots of natural light. And downstairs on the first floor is a communal garden area with a grill and avocado tree! This is a quiet friendly and safe neighborhood!

The spacious living room with open concept allows for everyone to spread out, whether you are in the kitchen making a meal, in the living room watching tv on the comfy couch or sitting in the dining area. The living room and kitchen is lined with windows letting in lots of light.

The modern kitchen (no dishwasher) has everything you'll need to make a meal or to heat up left overs.

In the bathroom you will find we've include lots of amenities so that all you have to do is pack your clothes and bathing suite. We've got you covered!

Please collect all trash and bring it downstairs to trash bins located on the first floor. Thank you.
Please clean all dishes and put them away. If you've brought in a lot of sand please lightly sweep the floor. Thank you!

This two bdrm apt was spacious and bedrms were comfortable. I always found a parking spot right in front of the building in their unassigned parking no matter what time we got home at night and the hallways, always had the best breeze. There's a supermarket and a restaurant down the block and it's a 10-15 min walk to the beach. The downfall was having to go up 3 flights of stairs with heavy luggages after touring the whole outskirts of the island for 10 days.

Disliked: Location
Do not stay here. Our experience was terrible and I would strongly caution anyone considering this property. There was a full water outage for the entire length of our stay — five days — and the host never disclosed this issue before check-in. Once we arrived, no water was provided and the host made no effort to help or accommodate us. Afterward, they refused any partial refund, despite the outage being so severe it was declared a state of emergency by the governor.On top of that, the property sits on an extremely noisy street, making it nearly impossible to sleep if you’re a light sleeper. While the rooms and beds themselves are fine and the location is somewhat convenient, you still need to walk a decent distance to get to shops or beaches.The biggest issue is the host: uncommunicative, unhelpful, and unwilling to take responsibility when things go wrong. If a water or power outage happens during your stay, you’ll be completely on your own. I would not recommend this property under any circumstances.
