Apartamento super limpo, aconchegante, sol da manhã nas varandas, todos os utensílios domésticos disponíveis, o apartamento continha tudo que precisássemos usar, a piscina aquecida, pra quem tem crianças e o tempo estiver frio, é maravilhoso!! Elas não abrem mão da piscina. O lazer é fantástico. Televisores externos, na academia, no salão de jogos, uma quadra de tênis muito boa, infra estrutura do condomínio espetacular! Amei andar pela parte externa do condomínio e ver uma orquídea em cada árvore. Todos os funcionários atenciosos! O zelador Sr. Santos muito prestativo. O proprietário Sr.Jayme muito atencioso, sempre pronto á esclarecer qualquer dúvida que tivesse. Nossa estadia foi maravilhosa! Pretendemos voltar outras vezes com certeza. Super indico. Pontos fortes: - Localização excelente. Muito próximo a praia - Condomínio Viva Vida é espetacular. Funcionários educados, várias opções de lazer, como piscina aquecida, quadra de tênis, serviço de praia. - Apartamento bom. Ar condicionado nos quartos funciona muito bem, cozinha bem equipada e tudo estava bem limpo. Pontos a melhorar: - A sala precisa de algum tipo de ventilador ou ar condicionado. Ou poderia ainda colocar uma TV em um dos quartos que tem ar condicionado. - Internet muito ruim. Pegamos um dia de chuva e com uma criança a alternativa seria Netflix e/ou Youtube no tablet, mas era impossível utilizar a internet. Perdia o sinal ou era muito fraco.

Quadro de funcionários atenciosos e gentis. Ótimo apartamento, com conforto e praticidade, possui toda estrutura com eletrodomésticos, mobília e ar condicionado nos quartos, churrasqueira na varanda.
