Situated under a canopy of live oaks and only minutes from the beach, the village, the lighthouse and numerous other attractions and restaurants, this house is the perfect place for your island getaway. Comfortably sleeps 9 - master bedroom has a king, additional room has a queen, 3rd room has a bunk bed with a full and a twin, and the couch has a queen fold out. Full updated kitchen, the patio features a charcoal grill. Located on a nice quiet street. Washer/Dryer provided. Pack and play provided. Monthly rates are available. Sorry, no pets!

Clean, spacious, and great location!

We had plenty of room for 6 adults. The house is well kept and very clean. In a great location. Just a quick drive to East Beach and near lots of great restaurants. Host was quick to reply to any messages.

Perfect place for our bachelorette weekend

My four girlfriends & I stayed here over Labor Day weekend. The house was spacious & clean, the beds were comfy, and the location was great! I did reach out to the owner once during our stay & he responded very promptly. I highly recommend this place!! We will be back!

Family Beach Trip

This is a wonderful property for families with children. Plenty of room for them to play and very short drive to east beach. Quiet neighborhood. Ryan is a wonderful host. Responds very quickly to all questions. The only down side is the mattress on all the beds need to be replaced and some new towels are needed for bathrooms but would absolutely stay here again.

My family and I had an excellent time in Saint Simon Island. The home was extremely spacious, plenty of linens, and very clean. I would recommend this house to anyone who is visiting Saint Simon Island. We will return!

Perfect for families

My family of 8 really enjoyed our stay. The space was clean and comfortable. Communication with our host was easy and friendly. We felt right at home and our children really enjoyed the books, toys, and family games available for family fun. We hope to return soon!

House was beautifully decorated and provided plenty of room for everyone. Well stocked kitchen for cooking. Great neighborhood close to restaurants and beach.

Cozy house

This cozy house was clean and neat. Everything met or exceeded our expectations. The neighborhood is quiet but near to the many sights that St. Simons has to offer. The property manager was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful house in an amazing beach town

We loved the house! It was actually bigger than we were expecting! I was pleasantly surprised at all of the extras, toys and books for the kids, pack n play, stroller, beach chairs and toys, etc. it was decorated beautifully and the beds were comfy. Plenty of pillows, towels and bedding. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. Owner was very responsive and accommodating. I do wish there were dressers, but each room had a large walk in closet with plenty of space for hanging clothes up. We have already talked about renting this house again! We can’t wait to go back!
