The location is perfect as you are in the middle of a very popular and happening area close to Capital Hill in the heart of the Central District. We stayed here so that my daughter could recover from shoulder surgery - it was a great pick! There were a few miscommunications about the check-in and parking process, but they were resolved quickly. Sebastian quickly responded every time we had a question or concern. The apartment was very nice, clean, building was quiet, and there was a nice neighborhood market right across the street - very convenient.

Super clean, well stocked, exactly like the photos. Found street parking within a few blocks and really liked the proximity to PCC grocery store and local restaurants. Great communication as well for check-in and check-out.
