Great stay!

Great location, loved Beach Point, close to Welfleet and Ptown. Studio efficiency unit was clean and owner was easy to work with. We would definitely recommend and stay again!

Great property with gorgeous views of the ocean

Solange was great to communicate with regarding our stay. The property is in excellent shape and the bed is extremely comfortable. Great spot with good amenities. Would definitely stay here again .

Great location with amazing views

Clean cozy efficiency - perfect for couples wanting a quiet place to stay and explore the cape. Was close and convenient to everything but far enough away to just enjoy the quiet and beautiful views. We hope to come back next year and highly recommend this property 😃

Spectacular views!

My husband and I found this property accidentally after finding out our usual place was already booked. We were very happy with this location and enjoyed our stay here very much! It was the perfect size for our short weekend getaway. The views were spectacular from our room, and nothing beat waking up to have morning coffee on the little deck, then finishing the night with a cocktail there as well.

Perfect location

The ideal tiny spot for a couple to relax on the beach, bayside, with excellent takeout food nearby and an easy bus to PTown. Yeah the bathroom & kitchen are basically in the same place, the neighbors are a bit noisy, and sun comes streaming in through the blinds each morning— but you simply can’t beat the location at this price point. Go, enjoy.

Perfect spot. Beach right across the street. You can watch the sun go down and moon come up. Short drive to Provincetown. Slider door was difficult to open, but other than that I hope to stay there every year!!!

Location, location, location!

I’ve been spending a week in the Cape every summer since I was a kid. In my 20s I wanted to be right in the heart of Provincetown but now as I’m a little bit older, I wanted to be able to pop down for dinner and drinks but not be in the thick of things. This location was absolutely amazing. Steps to the beach close enough to town to take a quick Uber in. Great location for a quick Uber to the Vineyard and a quick ride to the restaurants and Wellfleet. The condo itself was exactly what I needed small and cozy, but enough room for myself and Friend to have a great weekend

Very pleasant, excellent location. Frank property manager very nice, very friendly. He made sure grill was in working order so we could cook out one night. One suggestion. Would be nice to have small soap bar in shower similar to hotel. Also would not mind a roll of paper towels.

Perfect Labor Day weekend get away

We stayed in unit 9 with beautiful bay view. Perfect space for my husband and I. Accommodations very clean with all you will need with refrigerator and kitchen appliances like toaster oven top microwave and coffee maker. As well as dishes flatwear glasses etc. private beach across the street just heaven. So much to do with ptown national seashore and restaurants galore. Would advise making reservations for dinner. The red inn was pricey but well worth it. Have not one complaint. Give our short labor day get away a 5 star and will surely be staying there again. Property manager a breeze to work/communicate with.

Convenient and Clean

Clean with efficient kitchenette. Good coffee pot I would have used, but quick easy drive to the Salty Market for a decent breakfast sandwich to eat outside at picnic table became my routine. Drove to Provincetown every day so was only there to sleep. Preferring fresh air to AC, I liked to open the slider on the balcony. Wished I had a stick to prevent it from opening wide enough for someone to come in at night, but it seemed safe, was quiet, and there was a low window I could open too.

Great place to chill....

Have stayed at Pagodas before, each unit is similiar in many ways but still has certain details that differ. Unfortunately we booked in February and by the time our vacation was approaching the original owner sold and the new owner upcharged for the stay. Not sure if it was because of changing hands but the unit had no cleaning supplies, bathing soap, coffee filters or linens/towels; just a broom (no dustpan), and dish/hand soap and glasses/dishes/silverware. Above bedding lighting did not work (bulbs probably need to be replaced) and the slider sticks. The good news is that we brought EVERYTHING we would need to be comfortable including our own cleaning supplies just in case!...That being said cannot beat the location, great private beach, close to P-Town (shuttle bus offered for $2) and great restaurants! The Pagodas are wonderful to stay at! Unit 5 is located in the lower building, on second floor and an ocean facing unit which is wonderful if sitting out on the deck enjoying the view! Place is neat and offers Futon and bed both comfortable sleeping accommodations. Again its all about the location! Great place for a low-key relaxing vacation!

Annual trip was a breeze!

Seamless and comfortable. This was the perfect size for my husband and I , our daughter and son in law rented the unit above . The balcony is a huge plus, we had everything we needed and a great visit to Cape Cod, thinking of renting again next year ! Thank you

Can’t beat location

The view and accessibility to the beach made our family vacation perfect. The studio has everything you could need and was extremely comfortable and clean. The neighborhood was clean and quiet, we can’t recommend this place more!
