Aspen Lodge — Brian Head's Premier Large-Group Cabin
5 bedrooms · 3.5 baths · Sleeps 25 · 3,900 sq ft · Brian Head, UT
At 3,900 sq ft across three floors, Aspen Lodge is one of the largest and most well-appointed cabins in Brian Head — built for groups big enough to need real space. With 25 sleeping spots, the per-person cost often beats a hotel room.
The Space
Five bedrooms — including a king master suite with a Jacuzzi soaking tub, gas fireplace, and double sinks — plus a massive bunk room give every family their own territory. Three full baths and a powder room mean no bottlenecks in the morning. Bedrooms run 15×17 feet; these aren't afterthoughts.
The great room features 30-foot vaulted wood ceilings, original timber beams, scraped hardwood floors, a gas fireplace, and a wall of windows with panoramic valley views. A 75" smart TV with Roku makes movie nights effortless. The dining table seats 10, and the kitchen — granite countertops, KitchenAid appliances, double sinks, warming ovens, and bar seating for 6 — is built for people who actually cook.
Up in the loft: pool table, arcade games, and ping pong. A covered balcony runs the full length of the cabin — perfect for morning coffee or evening stargazing at 9,800 feet under genuinely dark skies.
The Location
You're on Irish Trail, tucked privately among aspens and pines, just a 2-minute drive to both Giant Steps and Navajo lodges at Brian Head Resort. The resort averages over 360 inches of snow annually at Utah's highest base elevation (9,600 ft), with 71 runs and 8 lifts — and lift tickets among the most affordable in Utah.
In summer, the resort pivots to mountain biking, scenic chairlift rides, disc golf, a zip line, and bungee trampolines. Bristlecone Pond — minutes away — offers fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding, and pickleball. Dixie National Forest surrounds you with hundreds of miles of hiking and OHV trails.
