Our two Middlebury grad families had a great weekend here. The house is gorgeous and the location is perfect. Walk or drive like 4 mins to restaurants in town. And a super quick drive to the Snow Bowl!

Another great stay!

We love staying at this beautiful home. The furnishings and beds are comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms modern and well designed and overall this is a great home for a family looking to be near Middlebury College.

Great stay in Middlebury

The house was perfect for our needs. It was an easy walk to town, bigger than what we expected, and nicely decorated and updated. We enjoyed it so much, we extended our stay by one night. I hope to stay at Home Plate again in the future.

Perfect Family Stay

We were lucky enough to book Ashley's beautiful home for a recent family stay. Excellent location and comfortable, tasteful furnishings. Ashley is very responsive, and everything is well explained. Have already shared the listing with many others - would absolutely stay again!

This place is 100% even nicer than it looks in the listing. One of the best places I have ever booked. The only hesitation is if you are traveling with limited mobility as all bedrooms require stairs. Was not an issue for us though. Wonderful safe neighborhood in which to stay
