The size and sleeping accommodations were perfect for our party of seven. With that being said, there are some improvements needed to get a five star rating. It seems as though this is a fairly new rental as there were no previous reviews when we booked. We decided to take a chance and the place was good but I’d like to make a few suggestions for great reviews in the future. - some landscaping, especially in the back yard to make it more inviting. There is a pool but it’s right in line with the afternoon sun. Texas summers are hot and stepping into the pool is like stepping into a jacuzzi. Perhaps some trees or some poles with shade sails attached.

The property was a little quirky, but overall we enjoyed the vacation rental. While we were there we did not use the pool or volleyball court. We did enjoy the spacious living rooms with the couches. The property did have a few spiderwebs and some wasp visitors. The bunk beds were a bit rocky, but overall we enjoyed the home and the property. We would stay at this property again.
