Beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and spacious. I had a little trouble with the guest portal and the host was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay at this location again in the future.

Exceptional property - perfect for our long weekend to visit family. Very comfortable, clean, spacious and well-appointed. We loved the historic features of this beautiful home and also appreciated the bright and open modern layout and updated fixtures and furnishings. We had the added treat of the gorgeous autumn colors on the big trees lining the streets. The neighborhood is beautiful, safe and convenient to get to many great amenities and food, easy to walk to Manito Park as well. The host was very helpful and clear with information the whole way. Thank you!

The home is very nice. Very clean with a nice large kitchen with new appliances. We had to cut our stay short due to some family challenges and the host graciously worked with us on a partial refund. We hope to visit this home again in the near future.

We were here for a law school graduation and had 6 people in the house. There was plenty of room for us all and I loved the 3 bathrooms!! Jake was easy to work with and we had a minor glitch with early check-in and he made it work. The house is clean, well-stocked and was great for our group. We hosted a group dinner and were respectful of neighbors and the space was perfect for cooking and hosting. It’s close to Manito Park and downtown and I can highly recommend this home. It is well maintained and decorated and was very pleasant to stay in.
