Guests have private access to the entire home and unattached guest suite as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking, and complimentary coffee for their first morning.

POOL HEAT - Pool Heat is available for an additional fee of $30 per day. Please contact us for Details



PET POLICY - We can accommodate 1 dog under 50 lbs at the home. The dog must be up to date on vaccinations and fully potty trained/kenneled. No puppies under 1 year.

-Pet must be added to the reservation PRIOR to check in and $150 nonrefundable pet fee will be included (guests are still responsible for any damages the pet may cause during their stay)

The house was perfect for our needs, 9 of us. We were all comfortable. The house was as advertised. The location was perfect for us as we brought a boat and there was a marina near by to keep it in. The younger people in our group loved the beach near by. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

The house was GREAT and was perfect for our stay! Great accommodations and we had plenty of room for all 8 of us. The only recommendation I would suggest is a comfortable chair in the den for added seating to complement the sofa. Also, the kitchen could use a sheet pan or two and a some spatulas for the cookware. This didn’t affect our stay just some recommendations. Everything was great and the pool would be nice for anyone staying in the warm months. We didn’t use it b/c it was colder out and windy during our new years stay. Would definitely recommend it!
