Our stay in Orange Beach was extremely disappointing. The couch was dirty, and the area rugs needed replacing years ago. Three of the four mattresses were so soft and unsupportive they seemed designed for a 400-pound person. My husband and brother had to unclog every bathroom drain to prevent standing water during showers. The dryer barely heated until the third load. Towels were insufficient for our group and length of stay, and there were only three drinking glasses in a condo advertised to sleep ten! The property advertises that a third parking space may be available, but it is only permitted when tourist occupancy is below 25%. This limitation should be clearly communicated before booking. Pool bracelet enforcement was unnecessarily hostile, with guests being yelled at for not wearing them. Elevators were nearly impossible to access during busy times, with typically only three of four operating. These issues reflect a lack of routine maintenance and preparation. Guests should not spend their vacation dealing with problems that should have been addressed before arrival. The one positive was offering a refund for the remaining days as the storm approached. I appreciated that gesture, but it doesn't make up for the condition of the condo. I did not feel I received my money's worth.

Comfortable and accurate description!

I was surprised by the lack of cleanliness considering how much a cleaning fee is, other than that we really enjoyed our stay! Rooms were spacious and comfortable.
