Construction

While the noise of the construction was minimal the patio on our ground floor unit was much less than desireable. A little ledge loaded with chairs and no where to move and workers caulking the patio we were renting while present turned me off. All of our six kids had stepped in a sticky mess before we realized what it was. Workers right outside our windows much of the time so we had to keep shades pulled. Didn’t even notice the construction disclaimer when I booked although I do know I was notified after. Claimed to interrupt upper floors but it certainly appeared it affected ours as much or more. We left early

Nice Location

Condo was nice. Great location and convenient ground unit. We did however experience an abundant amount of mosquitos flying out of the drains of the sinks. Also the patio was very dirty from people throwing trash and cigarette butts over their balconies. However the unit was spacious and well suited for our girls trip. Everyone working there was extremely helpful and pleasant.
