The Southern house is a cozy home base that offers a comfortable and spacious atmosphere, perfect for a getaway or extended stay with family. It is a mid-term rental and requires 31 days or more. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, yet still close to all of the action. It provides the ideal balance of convenience and serenity. Nestled on a canal off the Tchefuncte River, the yard it is peacful and calming. This home is setup for guests and most all of owners personal items have been removed, we are also pet friendly so bring you fur babies!

Cancellations made within the cancellation period are subject to a payment processing fee of 3.9% plus $0.30 for any deposits collected.
We kindly ask you to read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during your stay.
1. No parties or events allowed.
2. No smoking allowed.
3. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
4. Please respect the noise curfew (9pm-9am).
5. Please turn the AC/heater to 68 when you go out.
6. Please respect check-in and check-out times.
7. Please take extra care of your keys and garage door opener. Lost keys incur a fee of $250.
8. Please take care of the furnishings and do not rearrange.
9. Please do not bring in outside furniture.
10. Please be careful near canal and watch children closely.
