We rented this place to host my 1 year old’s birthday for a small group of family and friends. I was disappointed because we mainly got this place for the backyard. The pictures on the posting showed a lush green lawn but the reality was a large dirt patch with no grass at all. It was ugly and dirty. We had to buy extra tarp and padding to put under my son’s play area at the last minute which was frustrating. The listing said there was cornhole and when I asked about it there was no cornhole. The out door games were worn and weather beaten, there were dead plants in the house, and stains on the bed sheets. The house was fine and we made it work but it was not as advertised on the listing.

We loved the location. The house and furnishings were clean and in fairly good condition. The owner may want to know that the oven had not been cleaned lately and in warming up pizza we set off the fire alarm. The irrigation system made the backyard pretty wet and muddy so we passed on the yard fun setup. The hot tub was enjoyed by some family members. It was nice to escape the winter up north for a few days!
