Guest bedroom boasts 2 comfy twin beds, closet and adjacent bathroom. A washer + dryer are conveniently located within the unit.
The living room is equipped with a queen sleeper sofa and memory foam mattress. Enjoy complementary WiFi, and smart tv access to log into your favorite applications. Spend all your time relaxing at the beach or bring your boat to access the Atlantic or Gulf in less than 5 mins! Private 30’ dock and cleaning station included! Stilted parking ensures your vehicle/trailer stay cool while you enjoy the warm sun!

We love having access to both the Atlantic and Gulf, and the fishing that comes with it. I really enjoy hosting, educating guests about “Island Time”, and sharing our little slice of “Livin’ The Dream”.

Key Colony is the Gem of the Florida Keys. Located right in Marathon Key (middle of the Florida Keys) and offering phenomenal fishing without having to travel hours away.
Marathon has all there is to offer with walking distance restaurants, pubs & entertainment.

What makes this property unique

My family has been coming to Key Colony since the 80’s. When the lot was selling, we knew we had to have it. That is when “Livin’ The Dream” was born. We were able to build, and enjoy it as a fishing hub for many years, and just recently decided to share it with you. What’s better than no front or back neighbors? It’s the only stilted home on Sadowski Causeway with the view! Sunrises on the back patio, and sunsets on the front balcony!
