The building sits in Colonia San Rafael, one of the city's most traditional areas which preserves the architecture and atmosphere of yesteryear. The Historical Center and metro and bus stations are within easy reach.

The San Cosme Metro station is 7 minutes away on foot.
The Monument to the Revolution and the metro station Plaza de la República are 7 minutes away on foot.
