Breathtaking Oceanfront Condo at Cliffs Resort

Experience breathtaking ocean vistas on your next vacation with our deluxe Cliffs Resort Condo.

Furnishings and amenities include:
- Two queen beds in loft
- Portable Honeywell air conditioner in master bedroom
- Two ceiling fans in loft (air flow in the condo is excellent)
- Hypoallergenic bedding for all three beds
- DeLonghi Magnifica espresso machine (with easy instructions!)
- Big screen TVs in living room and master bedroom

This is a large fully furnished one bedroom, plus loft, plus living room sleeper sofa, two bathroom unit of approximately 1200 square feet and includes a full, well equipped kitchen. The front deck looks out at the Pacific Ocean, while the rear deck offers views of Kauai's interior rain forest covered mountains. The Cliffs Resort includes swimming pool, tennis, two hot tub, and much more.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, 65" 4K Samsung smart TV, air conditioning, and its own private bathroom. There are two queen beds in the loft, and additional guests may use the sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a compact washer and dryer in the unit.

The unit is on the 3rd floor - which provides great views - but also means 28 stairs to climb.

The Cliffs Condo's are located in Princeville on the scenic north shore of Kauai where the tropical ambiance is at its best. Perched on a volcanic plateau 100 feet above the Pacific Ocean, the view from your private lanai/deck is spectacular! This area of Hawaii is famous due to movies such as Jurassic Park and South Pacific. It is perfect for those who enjoy lush green tropical setting, the best golfing, plenty of sandy beaches - many remote and private - waterfalls, and exquisite dining.

There are over 30 beaches within a 30 minute drive of the Cliffs - from secluded and romantic to lifeguarded and popular. You can snorkel, kayak, hike and frolic in waterfalls. Or you can just relax at the Cliffs at the pool, in the jacuzzi, or over a barbecue. There is plenty of local dining in over two dozen restaurants ranging from simple to elegant.

Whether you are looking to relax and enjoy the views, golf at the top ranked Makai golf course, or go on spectacular hikes, the north shore of Kauai has it all!

This is a very nice place and the owners have thought about all the details. The kitchen is very well outfitted with all you would ever need for meal preparation. The views are perfect for sunrises, sunsets, and any time spent on the veranda. The location is great and the neighborhood is quiet. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a nice getaway.

We were very impressed with this ocean view condo. It is clean and tastefully decorated with a nice island vibe. The location is great and the property is well-maintained. Our stay was absolutely amazing starting out with a box of chocolates and a bottle of wine from the hosts. The view from the lanai is breathtaking. Albert and Anita had sent an email prior to our visit with their recommendations for activities, restaurants, and beaches which helped us narrow down exactly what we wanted to do. We could not have asked for more from a property and would definitely return again to this specific condo in a heartbeat!!

The view from this condo can not be beat! Amazing to sit on the lanai and relax. If you decide to cook in the well appointed kitchen you will never have a better view doing it. The place could really use new bath towels and a deep clean but we would stay again. Comfortable beds too.

This was such a fabulous property. Breathtaking views in the perfect location on the north side. The entire community was beautiful and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. We love to travel, and love the north shore of Kauai. We owned a ski condo in Lake Tahoe that we started renting out in 2005, had such a positive experience sharing this property that we decided to buy an ocean front condo in Princeville, one of our favorite places in the world.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with the views from the lanai, and the facilities at The Cliffs are great. The Cliffs does a fantastic job of taking care of guests - the people who work at the front desk, at the activities desk, and that manage the facilities are wonderful.

What makes this property unique

Preparing a meal in the kitchen while keeping an eye out for whales through the kitchen window. Having a cocktail on the lanai while watching the sun set in the evening. Hiking down a nearby trail to go snorkeling with sea turtles.
