Brooke is the most attentive, caring, and generous host I have ever experienced! She thoughtfully and proactively made sure we had everything we needed for our family gathering. The property was comfortable, well-stocked, and in a perfect location for our stay.
The home is exactly as presented in the listing. It was clean and very comfortable. There are a couple more chairs in the living room than shown, so it was comfortable for our whole party. The kitchen is very large--unlike many Rochester options--so one person can easily be making coffee while another is making toast and another is getting juice. It's a split level, with one full bath on each floor, which is nice for those who have difficulty with a long set of steps. It was easy to find and in a very quiet and safe location. The hosts were great, answering questions promptly both before booking and during our stay.

The host was very accommodating to our needs and we were a party of 13, ranging in age from 1 year to senior adults. The property was clean, sleeping accommodations good, and the kitchen was user friendly. All in all, we would stay at this property again without reservation.
The best and most thoughtful host I’ve ever had. House is beautiful and she made us feel right at home in it even being so far away stayed over a month and already planning my trip back. Perfect safe neighborhood specially for us girls staying alone. Would definitely recommend

Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
First off there is no AC int his place so beware of staying there in the summer like we did. The individual AC units they had did not work. They did not have many fans either. There was a musty smell in the house it was mold. The basement was filled with it. I am allergic to mold and know the smell vey well. I floors were very dirty not mopped. When we walked through the house in our bare feet everyone's feet were black, like we walked outside in the dirt. The downstairs toilet stopped working while we were there and so we all used one toilet for 18 hours of our two day stay. The people are every nice but this in not a great place to stay. Sorry but I have to be honest. It was pricey too. I have stayed in luxury airbnbs that did not cost this much.

Thank you for being our guest again. I’m sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations, but I do feel that parts of your review were unfair and do not reflect the condition of the home or our efforts during your stay.
We take cleanliness very seriously. The home was fully cleaned before your arrival by our professional cleaning crew, whom we trust 100% and who consistently do a phenomenal job. Just one hour before your check-in, we confirmed that both bathrooms were functioning properly. When you reported that the toilet was not working, we immediately sent someone to address it. They found that the issue had been caused by something placed in the toilet by someone in your group, but out of respect we did not raise the matter at the time.
The house was exactly as shown in the listing photos, and all AC units were in place. Each window has its own AC unit. The portable AC units were provided, but we agree with your feedback that they were not practical and will avoid using them in the future.
As for pricing, all rates are set by Vrbo’s system based on market trends and the property’s location. We trust their pricing recommendations, which are consistent with similar listings in the area.
We sincerely value you and appreciate the time you took to share your feedback. While we may not agree with all aspects of your review, we will use your comments very seriously.
We wish you and your family best of luck.
