Welcome to this charming house in Round Rock. This terrific property boasts 3 bedrooms, including 2 queen beds, 1 full bed, and 1 twin bed. With 2 bathrooms featuring a bidet and bathtub, guests will feel right at home. The living room offers additional space with a cozy sofa bed for extra comfort. A fabulous choice for your getaway, this home is equipped with WiFi, heating, AC, and more. A great place to call homebase while you're away. There is a large, enclosed, private backyard, a wonderful, screened-in deck with comfortable seating, as well as additional seating in both the front yard garden oasis and the more serene and open backyard area. There is an office space as well as another option to set up a laptop at a workspace area in the living room. There is a picnic table in the front yard right next to a tranquil fountain. We are only two miles from the Kalahari indoor waterpark, the Dell Diamond, and the Salt Lick Barbecue. We are about 18 miles or a 24 minute drive from Austin, depending on the amount of traffic and where you are headed. The butterflies and himmingbirds love to visit our flowers and we hope you enjoy them too. .

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please wash all used dishes. Put all used linens and towels in the laundry basket in the laundry room. Properly discard any leftover food in the refrigerator.
Put any moved furniture back in the place it was originally, if any tables or chairs were moved to another room.
Please take any trash items to the receptacle at the side of the garage. Blue bin is recycling, brown bin is trash.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
