We have been staying at Splash for the past 8 yrs. This is the second time we have rented from this host and he is absolutely amazing! This unit was is clean and beautifully decorated. I highly highly recommend this unit. Splash is always a good time.

Better than expected has more than plenty of room and perfect for the family and still felt like all had privacy with the mother in-law suite. The balcony's per room was something unexpected but made it nice. Not complaining at all but only issue was the sand on floors that would be my only negative thing but hey your at the beach. Still a 10/10 for overall stay! Oh yeah and the chairs included saves you 60.00 per day.

This place was great, the amount of space we had was tremendous! We were able to all come together and enjoy family time, but also able to seperate in the evening and spend time on our separate rooms/balconies and enjoy the views of the gulf. The property in general was spectacular, the resturant/bar by the pool had great food and great service. The gentleman at the chair rental were super friendly and helpful. The host for the property was also very great to work with, super responsive when needed. We will definitely be renting here again!

Awesome Family Getaway

This is a great property. Convenient to go into the hot spots but far enough away to have some peace if needed. Pools and splash zone were super hits for the youngsters. Great beach access and an Alvin's Island connected to the parking for any beach need.

Great for in-laws

Our family stayed in the main apartment and my in-laws in the 'suite.' It was perfect for all! Loved the multiple balconies and the included beach chairs. Would stay again.
