This modern home offers air conditioning and was designed with functionality and comfort in mind. The nearby parking leads to a gated breezeway, which takes you to your private front door. Step into this brand-new home with no shared walls, a private entrance, and full air conditioning – all meticulously designed for comfort. In the living room, you'll find a pull-out queen sleeper sofa, perfect for additional guests. The sleek, modern bathroom is a sanctuary in itself.
