My family stayed here for a wedding. Very clean, great balconies. Good location. The entire suite is on the 2nd floor. No A/C. We kept the windows and doors open to keep it reasonably cool. Beds were OK.

We were traveling with family for a wedding and had a wonderful stay. The home was easy to find and very walkable to where we wanted to go. The host replied quickly when I had a question about check in.

The host answered our questions in advance very promptly and allowed us to check in early. The house was perfect for a girls weekend getaway - it was clean and a great amount of space. The area was nice and we felt comfortable walking around.

This villa was great for our 3 generation family vacation! The location was close enough to downtown we could take a short walk to State street and even walked to the wharf, slightly longer walk. The balconies were ideal for lounging together and the patio furniture was very comfortable! While the living space was on the smaller side, it had everything we needed - ample seating for us, full fridge, coffee pot and all the dishes we needed. I especially appreciated that it was stocked with coffee pods/teas, Salt/pepper, those little touches make a big difference. The beds were comfortable and the linens and towels were well stocked; as well, each room had blackout curtains and tower fans.

Santa Barbara Get Away

A well laid out property with four bedrooms and three baths. Accommodated 6 adults comfortably. Very clean throughout. All beds were very comfortable. Good parking on property as well as on the street. I recommend this property to all.

Positives: (1) Eduardo was responsive, accessible, and easy to work with. When my daughter decided to bring her large dog, he accommodated the request for a reasonable additional fee. (2) The location was very convenient for attending a wedding in downtown Santa Barbara.3. The property was clean.Considerations: (1) The property felt more like a townhome than a standalone villa, which may be different from what some guests expect. (2) The outdoor space was less appealing than we anticipated. A neighboring property was undergoing renovation during our stay, and there was noticeable freeway noise from the nearby on-ramp. (3) While we enjoyed our stay, we felt the price was on the high side for the overall experience.Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and appreciated Eduardo’s responsiveness. However, if we return to the area, we would likely compare other properties before booking again.

It was an unseasonably warm weekend, we were thankful for all the fans in the house. Parking was tight but we got 2 cars in & there was plenty of street parking. Walkable to many restaurants, bars & coffee shops.
