We have been staying at S1 for the past two months and will be here for two more. The management team has been outstanding—they are on top of any issues and extremely helpful. We travel frequently for business, and this place easily ranks in our top two stays.

This stay was the cleanest VRBO I’ve ever stayed at. Property was well appointed, easy walk to great restaurants and shops, wonderful back yard with picnic tables and fire pit. We did not use them but very inviting. We did use the front porch rockers to enjoy an afternoon cup of tea.

Well appointed, very clean, cheery and convenient location. Cute backyard fire pit area and triple picnic table area. Because there are multiple units in same location, would be very helpful for families or groups traveling together. * TRAVELER’S NOTE: 500 Credit card deposit required and 80 cleaning fee (you will still be asked to do your own dishes, etc.)

We loved the quiet neighborhood just blocks from the Central Park Square. Very convenient for us. We were so surprised at how clean the apartment was! It was as if we were the first guests to stay in 1S. All the amenities were provided and we enjoyed sitting on the front porch the night before we left. The backyard picnic tables were a plus on Saturday when we had a meal out there with our son and his girlfriend. We’d come back again!Thanks!The Alexanders
