The house is as it is listed. Very nice property, close to several restaurants. It is clean and well stocked in paper products as well as pots, pans and dishes. We appreciate the host working with us when we thought we might have to stay an extra night. Thank you for a wonderful family weekend.

Very nice place. Too many spiderwebs on the porch and boat house though. The “5th” bedroom is actually part of/connected to the Primary Master Suite. The coffee pot was the only thing dirty upon arrival.

Our group enjoyed our weekend at the house. It had a beautiful view, nice patio area, & a large dock. The cove was beautiful & the location was great. However, there were discrepancies from the description & photos that left us feeling catfished, as well as a few maintenence issues. -The house max says 17, but only sleeps 14. -The twin over full bunk room, has a twin trundle, not a full. And is located inside the master bedroom suite. -From the pictures it appears there are 2 dining tables inside the house, but there is only 1.-The premium grills were not as advertised, & in poor condition. The blackstone is missing a cooking surface, & the other 2 struggled to get hot enough to cook.-The house in general could use some maintenance. Multiple drawers were stuck, the master bath tub wouldn't drain, the master bath door doesn't close right, the bunk beds squeak with the slightest movement, the ice maker smelled mildewy, and there were gnats (alive and dead) all over the kitchen.-It is extremely easy to get locked out. The back door locks behind you, but appears unlocked unless you note the position of the switch. And for an unknown reason, the front door code screen went blank, which left us unable to type in the door code. The description mentions 24/7 customer support, but we were not able to reach anyone by phone. -As an fyi, the incline of the driveway is a VERY steep dropoff. Highly recommend taking a vehicle higher off the ground or use street parking.
