The location is great if visiting the stadiums close by. Ford Field is within 15 minute walking distance. This is located right next to Kappa's frat house. There is off street parking and food within walking distance as well. The neighbors where friendly and quiet. The only issue is the wood floors need a good cleaning, the stove top was dirty and window seals where a bit dusty. The bathroom, bedroom and other living areas where clean. I would stay here again and felt safe.

This apartment is perfect for a place to rest your head after a concert or game or event downtown. Safe neighborhood, free street parking and good communication from host.

Great location, just a block and a half off the main drag. Old abandoned mansion district is now full of new life. Due to location street parking on this block is free when available. Good communication with host, no problems with access. Friendly cats and neighbors. Came in for a concert at the Majestic Theater and this was a perfect choice.

This apartment was in a great location. We attended a baseball game and a concert, all within walking distance. Multiple choices of restaurants in the area. Once you're back in the neighborhood of the apartment, it is very quiet, clean neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was a great size. Everything we needed was provided. Bedding, towels, kitchen items, etc.The only complaint we had was that the walls are thin. You can hear people in other rooms and in the hallway. We did feel like we had to be quiet when in the apartment. Not really a complaint, just something to take into account when booking. Would definitely stay here again!

Apartment was well located, very clean and quiet. Walkable, and we had no problem with parking. However, the listing specified multiple times there was a tv, and there was not. Also, the kitchen was fine, but there are no cooking utensils or sharp knives. How can you prepare a meal or much of anything without them?
