Unit 71, Catch of The Day, 3 Bedroom Beach Condo

Sunnyside Beach and Tennis Resort is a tranquil escape located on the quiet side of Panama City Beach, FL. Situated amidst lush greenery the tropical paradise encompasses 18 acres with 350 ft of the emerald waters and sugar white sand beaches. A unique quality of this resort is our private pedestrian beach access. The underpass is a well lit tunnel under scenic Highway 98 which leads to our large gazebo and boardwalk. The complex amenities include: tennis courts, shuffle board courts, 2 pools (one for the little ones) , a playground, a clubhouse which features: free WiFi connectivity, ping-pong table, and coin-operated pool table. Each unit has fully equipped kitchens, private patios, vaulted ceilings, and its very own view of the Gulf of Mexico.

Nice, clean, and quaint.....

This place was nice, clean, and quaint. Awesome and convient location the the beach that sat right across the road and had a tunnel access if you didnt want to cross the road. There was a wagon and beach toys if you wanted to use them. It had alot of kitchen accessories. This place is in PCB but enough on the outskirts that there isn't a ton of people and you can drive a few minutes and be and the main area of PCB and eating places. Would definitely recommend. The only thing was out bed downstairs was harder then what I'm use to so it wasn't the most uncomfortable but if you like firm it would be right up your alley!!!

We stayed somewhere else the last two years, but we were just not satisfied with the other places. This year we chose to stay in unit 71 and couldn’t have made a better choice. I believe that the highest recommendation we can give is that we could live in unit 71 and would be happy the rest of our lives. Thank you so much for the wonderful and beautifully decorated condo and service that we so thoroughly enjoyed. We will be staying there again every opportunity that we have!

Heaven at the Beach

We love the close proximity to the beach. One big benefit to us was the accessibility features, like the walk-in showers and grab bars in the bathroom. With my parents aging, having these features made the stay very comforting. It was perfect and I hope to rent this unit again in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family really enjoyed this recently renovated unit and its proximity to the beach. We would highly recommend a stay at Sunnyside and specifically this unit. The only minor issues we faces were a master bedroom door that would close and lock and an extremely warm unit upstairs during the day. I believe a couple units have added and additional unit upstairs and would like to see this upgrade in all rentals. I have no doubt management will handle any small issues. Great job Sunnyside!
