We had a lovely stay at the property! It has everything we needed and the view was spectacular. We enjoyed listening to the waves at night. The property management team was very helpful and communicative. We’d love to come back!

The location to the pool and beach is excellent. The unit itself is dated, and the carpet needs to be replaced - there is a large stain between the dining and living area. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during the Kona low storm. We will definitely return to this property. Very family friendly!

Had a wonderful stay-was pleasantly surprised with an ocean view from main lanai and kitchen. Kitchen stocked to cook and unit was comfortable for our family of four. Location of unit was great for access to pool and beach. Communication with property manager was great and the even allowed a late check-out. Would book here again for sure. Thank you!

Comfort, Beauty, and Beachside Bliss — We'll Be Back!

We had such a wonderful stay at this condo in Wailea! The unit itself was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location is perfect with walking distance to the beach, which made it so easy to enjoy the ocean every day. The pool area was also stunning, overlooking the beach with breathtaking views, and made for the perfect place to relax and unwind. We truly loved our time here and would absolutely stay again!

Windows were so dirty we couldn’t see out of them. Absolutely nothing in the kitchen including salt and pepper. Very very bare bones. Thankfully we had 3 other condos that were extremely well stocked. I would stay in this building again, but not this unit. Also the air conditioner in family area sounded like a 747 taking off. Main bathroom closet doors off the hinges.

Several recent rain storms left the windows quite dirty. They have been cleaned since to correct the issue. The AC is an older PTAC style - like you find in many hotels. We certainly also favor mini-split or central AC systems, but this unit is priced accordingly.
