I live in Scottsdale, Arizona but spend part of the year in Fairhope so I can enjoy family time with my daughter and grandchildren. As someone who has traveled all over the world, I can honestly say that Fairhope, Alabama is one of my favorite hidden gems. Nestled along the Eastern Shore of Mobile Bay, Fairhope is a safe, charming, and naturally beautiful town filled with warm people, excellent dining, and a vibrant local culture. Whether you're here for rest or adventure, I hope you fall in love with Fairhope the same way I did.

Why they chose this property

This quiet, tranquil neighborhood is ideal for year-round walking and bike riding, with pickleball and golf just a few blocks away. Walmart and several grocery stores are conveniently located within a mile or two. I love the weather here! The Spring, Fall, and mild Winter weather allows for all kinds of outdoor time and activities. Summer is "fun in the sun" time at the pool or at one of the many beaches less than an hour away. I never tire of walking the various ocean piers looking for dolphins and viewing the sunsets. From this Fairhope location, one can plan days trips learning more about Alabama history and sight seeing. Fairhope is charming, the Grand at Point Clear hosts lovely holiday festivities, the foliage and flowers everywhere are gorgeous. People are friendly. The pace of life here encourages one to take a deep breath and slow down!!
