This is the third time to Maui and we were very happy with our experience staying at Kevin's place. Was very clean, had everything we needed, very walkable to the beach. The resort is great as well. We hope to stay here again next time we make a trip to Maui! Mahalo

Absolutely awesome condo!

This condo is extremely well appointed and so perfectly located that we were able to watch the sunset from the oversized lanai. We would all very definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay!

Everything was exactly as described and pictured. We had a bit of a problem with gnats the first night, which the whole island was experiencing. Unfortunately we were not notified of this when we checked in, which had nothing to do with our host, and had left a light on when we left for the evening. When we returned the house was swarming with gnats. Our host was extremely responsive, helpful and accommodating. The problem was fixed right away by sealing the door where they were entering. After that we were gnat free. Aside from that, our experience at 10-307 was excellent. We especially enjoyed our lanai and the great view from there. Perfect for morning coffee or to watch the evening sunset. We were central to pretty much everything. Lots of shops and places to eat in walking distance. We would stay here again.

We've stayed at Kamaole Sands for years and Bob and Lindy's place was great to stay at. The condo had everything we needed. The location is so convenient. Definitely recommend!
