This home is a huge 2100 square feet under air conditioning with three bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Luxury interior corridor air-conditioned access with two elevators for easy access.

Location, location, location. Vista Cay is less than a mile from International Drive and the Orange County Convention Center and just 12 minutes to the edge of Disney. Universal Studios is 10 minutes away, and the new Universal Park Epic Universe is literally across the street. SeaWorld Orlando is just across the lake, and the Shingle Creek Golf Resort is across the street. Walk to the grocery store.

Wonderful Corner Penthouse with Everything You Need

Amazing Stay! Will be back!

Inside and outside of this property is better than any pictures can represent. Upon entering this spacious condo, much care has been given to all details. Decor is beautiful, kitchen fully stocked, beds super comfy and view from patio is outstanding. We enjoyed two sets of fireworks throughout the week. Lin is so nice and communication is outstanding. Thank you for the wonderful home away from home.

Perfect for theme park trip

This was our first time staying outside of Disney property for our vacation. With teenagers, we needed extra space. This condo was perfect! Having two bathrooms and a bedroom for everyone, plus a kitchen and laundry room made the trip much more restful. The condo is very quiet. The kitchen is well-stocked. The view from the porch is wonderful. And, it took less than 20 minutes to get to Disney and Universal. We will definitely be back next time we travel to Orlando.

Great location near Conference Center

If you have an event at the North-South Conference Center this is a great spot! We walked over every day and it took us 10-15 minutes. It was HOT out, but being able to park our car for our entire stay was a huge benefit. The property was spacious and clean. I enjoyed sitting on the patio in the mornings and evenings. The kitchen was well stocked with all necessary pans, pots and utensils. The lake has a 2 mile sidewalk surrounding it. I enjoyed taking a walk without having to worry about cars. I will definitely stay here again if we need a location near the Conference Center.

Comfort, Peace, and CLEAN

It was 4 of us staying (me, hubby, 8 year old daughter, and 4 year old son) and we had a relaxing time. We were there to visit Universal Studios and since we're passholders, we went to Epic Universe before officially opening. The time we did spend in the condo was nice. It's on the 4th floor and had a lake view so it was quiet despite the construction towards the traffic light for Epic Universe (we didn't hear anything). The condo was clean and had a pleasant soft aroma. Beds were comfy. Beach towels were provided in the laundry room and my request for a few extra bath towels were accommodated. When cooking breakfast, one of the plates cracked and I found another plate with a crack in it. I notified the property host with pictures and she responded immediately with instructions. Everything was great and I would 100% stay here again.

Perfect family condo

This condo was a 3 bedroom two bathroom perfect for a family but me and my husband decided to stay so we could watch the fireworks from the balcony, which didn’t disappoint. If you have kids or you and your spouse want to cozy up and enjoy the show it’s perfect. The condo decor was beautiful and very clean. This condo is right around the corner from the main strip where you can fine a nice bar or family restaurant. Also close to sea world, Top golf and a kart and arcade game room. Walt Disney, magic kingdom and more is about 15 to 20 minutes away not far depending on the traffic. If you need to pick up anything Publix is right around the corner and Walmart is nearby as well. The owner Lin was very nice and helpful and took care of anything we needed no matter what time it was, and she stayed informative through email which was very helpful and convenient without invading your space. Nice experience great place to rent.
