The condo was spacious and nice but the floors needed a deep cleaning. The kitchen is large and nicely stocked. Loved having a washer and dryer in the condo.

The unit’s photos were a great representation of the actual unit. I have an allergy to dogs/cats so I think it should be noted that the unit has had prior to check-in allowed animals (full disclosure this is my fault for not addressing prior to making reservations). The ice maker in the refrigerator did not produce ice…this would have been a good to know because we went to the grocery store prior to check-in. Otherwise my husband really enjoyed his birthday and he’s hard to please .

We are not pet friendly and the property itself has a no pet policy. So, only thing I can think is someone snuck one in? Ill get that looked at as well. Gorgeous unit. Furniture was in great condition, unit was immaculate. The TVs all have DirecTV, a rarity (a similar unit two floors below just has smart TVs).Very minor quibbles: The starter set of necessary provisions like garbage bags, toilet tissue, dishwasher pods, etc. is typically limited to one of each. So for a weeklong stay, you will need to buy these things.Also: some condos have some basic pantry items, like salt and pepper and coffee filters or whatever. This unit has none of that. Not a big deal, but perhaps something to take into account, Luckily, the super Walmart is less than 10 minutes away to the west, and a Rouses is just to the north.The pool is nice, tho it was too cold to use this visit.Same with the beach. But this building is one of the few that’s directly on the beach, so no need to cross Highway 90. That’s a big plus! Anyway, we would definitely stay here again.
