Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
The location of the unit was in fact steps from the beach. The pool is rather small but not many people used it. The weather was rather hot and the unit does not have a/c but does have a ceiling fan in bedroom and living room. We also brought our own fan. The unit had an additional fan but it made a lot of noise. We had issues with the wifi and I wasn't able to connect with management until the next day after many hours of troubleshooting it myself. We cooked many meals and realized there was not foil paper or plastic containers. And not much room for pantry food items because there is an overload of plates, cups, bowls, etc. Maybe too many. The futon couch was very uncomfortable. We stayed 4.5 days. The unit is located walking distance to many eatery and grocery stores. I don't think I would rent this particular unit again. But we did enjoyed ourselves in Carpenteria. Check in and checkout was very confusing.
