Experience the best of Denver in our charming Cap Hill bungalow. Enjoy access to your own private fenced in backyard with a garden, gas grill and patio set. Read a book in our cozy, light-filled sunroom. Enjoy the best of Capitol Hill, one of Denver's most popular & walkable neighborhoods. You'll be a quick 3 minute walk to Cheesman Park, have access to great bars & restaurants and be within a 10 minute stroll to 3 different grocery stores. Welcome!

We're located in the younger, Cap Hill neighborhood and our home makes for a great retreat for parents coming to visit their families and folks looking to be close to all that Denver has to offer, while still in a quiet yet buzzing neighborhood.

Our sweet little bungalow is a 2 bed, 1.5 bath with 950 sq ft of livable space and another 300 sq ft of unfinished basement which includes plenty of space for storage and is where the washer and dryer are located.

The house has an open layout with a large kitchen, great for cooking delicious meals. The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric stove, and plenty of cabinet space. We also have a coffee maker, blender and small crockpot that guests are welcome to use. Of course, we provide pots, cast iron and steel pans, utensils, plates, bowls, cups, mugs - just about anything you'd need while you're here.

There are two bedrooms. One has a queen bed and includes a large dresser and a closet. The other bedroom has a full sized bed and comes with an adjustable height desk, a dresser and a closet.

Off the kitchen is our sunroom with lots of light. It’s heated and can be used comfortably in winter as well. It’s a great place to read a book. There are not currently plants in the sunroom.**

We do not have A/C but we do have two window units. One in the dining room and the other in the bedroom with the queen bed. These work well and keep the house comfortable through summer.

Parking is on the street and it is typically very easy to find a spot. You may have a little trouble if parking late at night and if so, should have no issue finding a spot within a block or two. There are no restrictions other then Street Sweeping the first week of the month April - November. (Certain days for certain sides of the street.)
