GUEST ACCESS

Casa LaBelle can be accessed through the front door using a smart lock.

GUEST PASSES

Guests have two options for Villages identification: a complimentary Guest ID or a Temporary Lifestyle Resident ID available through The Villages for $50, which includes two IDs. Both options are valid only during your stay. Additional information will be provided prior to arrival so your IDs can be ordered and ready when you arrive. A copy of a valid photo ID is required to process either option.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Checkout: 11:00 AM Late checkout is not allowed w/o prior approval. Make sure TV remote is returned to correct location and sign out of any apps that were used. Report any damage or missing items.
Make sure the garage opener is left at the property on the kitchen counter.
Make sure ALL trash is removed and placed in the big black trash can in the garage. Mon and Thur leave out the night before for pick up.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all adult guests prior to check-in.

We had such a wonderful experience at this property in the Villages! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described in the listing (if not better). The attention to detail made our stay incredibly comfortable.The location was perfect: close to everything we wanted to see and do, yet private and peaceful when we wanted to unwind. The bed was very comfortable, and we loved the enclosed patio.Our host Stephanie was exceptional, extremely responsive, and always quick to answer any questions. We truly felt taken care of, which made our trip stress-free and enjoyable.We can’t recommend this property enough. It’s clear the owners go above and beyond to ensure their guests have an unforgettable experience. We’re already looking forward to returning!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa La Belle. The house is beautiful, comfortable, clean, and fully stocked with everything you need. Stephanie's communications about check in, check out, and other details were incredibly thorough and she was very responsive to any questions that I had. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, and it's conveniently located near grocery stores and restaurants. When we are in the area again, we'll definitely be staying here again!
