Large corner unit with three balconies and waterfront sunset view. Oversized living room with plenty of seating including large sectional. Twin size sleeper sofa. Dining room and alcove adjoin kitchen; two bedrooms, two full baths, powder room, laundry room. Master bedroom is huge with walk-in air-conditioned closet. Master bath has tub and separate shower, double sink vanity. Second bedroom has twin beds, one with trundle for third bed. Plentiful supply of bed and bath linens. Flat panel televisions in living room and each bedroom. Plenty of closet and storage space. Tile in foyer, halls, kitchen and baths; new laminate flooring in other rooms. Visitors with children are welcome to use childrens toys and pool equipment found in master bedroom closet.

Bathroom fan and fan in bedroom #2 are both very noisy.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We will be back!The saltwater angler was perfect for our family. We were shocked at how big it was. The kids shared a room, no problem. We enjoyed breakfast on the deck, watching the boats leave for the day. The showers and baths were comfortable. Having a washer and dryer always helps packing to come home. The location is ideal. We were in the heart of everything but protected in this quiet, gated community. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is great! Close to EVERYTHING! Clean, spacious and has everything you need. Every kitchen utensil, appliance, plenty of towels, sheets, pillows, basic spices and cooking supplies! The views are gorgeous, it's quiet and just perfect. I will say, the decor is a bit dated and the tv's are small, BUT we got over that quickly as we were on the go and those things just didn't matter. You will NOT be disappointed booking this place and we (2 adults and 2 small children) would stay again. Compass was easy to work with and down the street, so getting/returning keys is easy and convenient! Our first trip to Key West was amazing!

But over all the place is very nice and in a great location just the noise is a pain in the neck but other than that this is a great place over all.

This was a beautiful, spacious property in a great location, quiet with a spectacular view. It came with everything you could possibly need while vacationing. We would rent this property again in a heartbeat!

Great experience

A great property, in good condition, and very clean. Spacious living area and bedrooms. Good size kitchen. Multiple balconies for views, sun, breeze, or shade options. Truman Annex is convenient--just a block or two walk from Duval Street, Mallory Square, and more, but gated so that evening traffic is limited to just residents/guests. It's also quiet. You can hear the bar music in the distance, but you're far enough away that it won't bother you. Easy check-in process. Figuring out the parking and gaining entry to the building was a bit confusing the first time, but a breeze afterward. Really enjoyed the unit and the whole vacation!

Truman Annex

Our condo within the Truman Annex was a wonderful property to spend a relaxing week in Key West. Located near the water and walkable and bikeable to everything that Key West has to offer. Special attention is paid to safety, and we appreciated that guests and residents are the only ones allowed in the complex. Special thanks to the staff of the management company for all their efforts to make our stay a comfrotable and memorable one. We will be back!
