We visited for 7 nights for Spring Break. Location was exactly what we were looking for - we wondered how it would be having Bonita Beach Rd behind the property but didn’t find it bothersome in the slightest. It was great being on the water - we saw manatees nearly every day. The house was and felt clean. You can access the one bedroom side of the duplex through the shared laundry room off the lanai - so you don’t have to go out and around to the exterior doors. We very much appreciated the amenities provided - specifically the beach towels, chairs, etc. We had a slight issue with the pool/pump but hosts were quick to work on resolving the issues. Would be happy to stay here again.
