Start the dishwasher
Remove personal items
Turn off the lights
Turn off the A/C but leave all the fans on.
Return all furniture, keys and remotes to original locations.
Take trash to the barrel outside the gate.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Treat my home as if it were your own (which I know you will.) Relax, be safe around the pool and enjoy.
I uphold my cancellation policy. Please consider buying "cancel for any reason" travel insurance, because life happens. It's worth the peace of mind.
Don't close the great room doors trying to air-condition the great room using the bedroom mini splits. You will be fined $50 a day. Don't close doors.

I think what makes Casa Mañana unique is that it is a family home. It's not managed by a rental company, and you won't feel that sterile, cookie-cutter minimalist vibe. This is a big home, meant for dinner parties, music, lazy pool afternoons and game nights.
