This place had everything we needed for our entire family of 6. Comfortable bedding, sofas, plenty of linens. Fully stocked kitchen. Laundry machine, and dryer. The coffee they had was amazing. Normally a one cup drinker, but we doubled up because it was fantastic. Everything worked as it should. Communication with the property owner was on point. I felt safe and the place was quiet.

The floors were filthy when we arrived. After messaging the host, he had them cleaned. It should have been clean when we arrived. Thermostat kept changing itself back to a warmer temperature each day while we were gone. So we came back to a warm unit. There were ants in the kitchen that got into our dogs’ food dish. No hair dryer or broom, even though those things were listed as amenities.

The house itself was adequate, but unfortunately it was not very clean upon arrival there was hair in multiple areas, including the bathrooms and bedrooms, stairs. The kitchen was poorly equipped for cooking. Additionally , the neighborhood felt somewhat unsafe/sketchy, especially at night. With batter cleaning and stocking of essentials, the stay could have been much more enjoyable.

JD and his group caused an electrician to come to the unit due to turning switches off in the utility room. Would not recommend renting to them.

Convenient location, easy to access. House was very clean, and had a cozy living room. The thermostat was at 66 and didn’t seem to be adjustable so it was a bit colder than expected in the house unfortunately. The room lighting could be better, it seemed generally dark especially downstairs even with the lamps. There was a neighbor who played video games all night that the bass from the audio was just reverberating through the house all night both nights which made sleeping very difficult.

Wonderfully appointed, close to the highway, let friendly. It was just what we needed for a quick stop on our cross country trip and it welcomed my two large dogs which isn't always easy to find. Neighborhood looks a bit rough, but the home is very nice!

House was nice and spacious. Fit our family of 5 nicely. Only thing was the posting says 2 queen beds and 2 full but it was 2 queen. Not a deal breaker just a couple bummed kiddos they got stuck on the couch but they lived lol

The guest went to the wrong address, even though the address was sent to them on three separate email communications. My wife got up after she went to bed and let them into the house because they didn’t press enter when putting the code into the electronic lock. Susan was extremely condescending and unprofessional in her communication. I would not rent to her in the future.

Susan was not a good guest. My wife had to get out of bed to open the door because she didn’t push enter for the keypad. They went to the wrong address, even though multiple emails were sent providing instructions, including the address of the unit. I would not have her back as a guest.

The plumber informed me the reason the waste pipe was plugged was because the guest flushed cat litter down the toilet. They caused the issue. I was at the house within 45 minutes of their call and had a plumber out the next morning even though it was a weekend. I would not rent to this individual again.
