The main floor features an open-concept kitchen and living area, as well as a full-sized laundry room, half bath, storage closets, and access to the two-car garage. The beautiful new kitchen houses new appliances including full-sized refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, stove and oven, and microwave. Also included are small appliances such as a waffle maker, toaster, air fryer, blender, and crockpot. The cupboards are stocked with dishes and cookware. The coffee bar houses a Keurig with fully-stocked coffee, tea, and hot cocoa supplies. The laundry room is home to a new large-capacity LG washer and dryer, as well as laundry detergent, iron and ironing board. The eating area has plenty of room for gathering around the table, which seats six, and the kitchen island, which seats three. The seating area features a large, comfortable sectional, as well as additional seating. The focal point of the room is a new mounted 65" HD Smart TV. The TV cabinet houses board games for downtime and hours of family fun. A full-sized grill and grilling tools, are located in the outdoor patio.
Upstairs, the townhome features three large bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and an office workspace.
The large master bedroom is beautifully decorated. The king bed is outfitted with a new 14-inch memory foam mattress, and high-end linens. You will enjoy a comfortable night's sleep on this bed. The room also houses a sectional which pulls out to reveal a full-sized bed, perfect for little travelers. The room is also home to a mounted 55" HD smart TV. The master bathroom is attached to the master bedroom and features a double sink vanity, large soaking tub, and glass shower. Toiletries and luxurious towels are furnished in all the bathrooms. The large master closet has plenty of room for storage and includes extra linens. Located in the master closet is also a pack and play and a full-sized air mattress.
The second bedroom is outfitted with a large king bed, with a 14-inch memory foam mattress. The luxurious linens will insure a comfortable night's sleep. A large walk-in closet is also located in the bedroom. A 55" HD smart TV is mounted on the wall adjacent to the bed.
The bunk room includes two twin-sized bunk beds. The beds are made with memory foam mattresses, and soft duvet-covered, whimsical bedding. Your little ones will love this room.
Just outside the second bedroom is a full-sized desk area available for working remotely. The home is outfitted with high-speed internet and free Wi-Fi.
Attached is a finished two-car garage which includes an electrical charger for your EV vehicle. There is also a large parking area in front of the house. Parking for boats, trailers, RV's, and ATV's is located directly across from the house, as well as additional RV parking situated next to the amenities in the community.
The newly built pool area boasts a large pool, lazy river, large waterslide, and two hot tubs. The pool equipment is ADA accessible. The pool is available from 10 am to 10 pm for residents and guests. Also, enjoy our pickleball sets which are located inside the garage.
Located in the City of Washington, this 1700 sq foot home sits at the end of a quiet neighborhood. The unobstructed mountain views offer relaxation and are perfect for an adventurer’s paradise. The Washington City public bike paths and walking trails are accessible just outside of the subdivision.
Whether you are relaxing by the pool, golfing, hiking, biking, boating, off-roading, 4-Wheeling, or just in need of some sunshine and fresh air, you will not be disappointed. If you are coming to St George, Hurricane & Washington for Local Tournaments or Events, we are centrally located within minutes of everything! Zion National Park, Canyonlands, and Bryce Canyon are all closely located.
Guest access Guests will have access to our entire home including the two-car garage. There is also shared RV Parking for Boats & Recreational Vehicles by the Community Amenities. The Pickleball Courts are completed and well-lit at night. Pickleball paddles and balls are for use in our garage. The pool area including pool, hot tubs, lazy river, and water slide and splash pad is open from 10 am to 10 pm and is available for your use.
Other things to note -No pets of any kind are allowed on the property. A fine of $300 will be added to your account if there is any evidence of pets on the property. No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed in the house. A fine of $500 will be assessed if there is any evidence of smoking. We only have one key fob for the pool area. If the key is lost or taken, there will be a $150 fine to make a replacement. Thanks for your understanding and compliance as we strive to keep our place clean and inviting for all guests.

The pool and pickle ball court was awesome, and the location was great. The place had pretty much everything we needed. There were a lot of people in the neighborhood and our unit was quiet and comfortable. Overall the place was great, not super clean. Lots of stains on all the carpets and dirty walls with fingerprints, but overall it was good. Kathy was easy to get a hold of and communicate with. Would definitely check this place out again in the future.

Host is neither accommodating nor welcoming. We asked to luggage check our bags for 2 hours after check out and we were told it was fine to leave our belongings OUTSIDE, by the front door facing the street. Make sure to inquire about checkout procedures. If you want to spend the last day of your stay housekeeping (stripping sheets, starting the washing machine, starting the dishwasher) before the housekeepers come, this is the property for you. It’s surprising that a new listing (at least on VRBO) is starting off so dismally!

Unfortunately we had another guest checking in that afternoon and the cleaners were coming at 11 to clean the property. At first the renters asked for a late checkout, which we could not accommodate. They then wanted to leave their luggage and a cooler inside the house. The cleaners can not clean with their belongings in the house. I told the guests they could leave their property outside the front door, which is behind the patio and nowhere near the street.
Also, turning on the washer and dishwasher is common practice for checking out of a rental property. Our property is listed on Airbnb and we have never had a bad review of any kind.
