Good value vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A good location with amenities nearby.The unit was just as described.We enjoyed the unit and the view. The bikes were a big plus.The elevator broke midweek and that could have been an issue if unable to climb 3 flights.One problem,management did not respond regarding the missing hair dryer.

Villa review

Needs some new furniture. Sofa very uncomfortable. Wish some Breakers units had walk in shower rather than bath tub/shower. Much more suitable for seniors renting for the winter months but beautiful, convenient area. We will be back just into a more recently updated unit

Beautiful location

Great location to beach, grocery store, eating, and entertainment. It was walking distance to every thing you need. The place is idea for a couple or a family with two children.

Great location

Unit was as advertised. Great location, everything in the unit worked as it should. Toilet seat lid was broken on one side and unit was not sparkling clean (but definitely not dirty). Only real concern that I did not ask to be addressed is that I think the door code is just reused from rental to rental (but this could be incorrect as I did not ask).
