🌿 Artistic Geo Dome Retreat in the Woods | The Secret Garden @ Beloved Cabin 🌌
Welcome to your off-grid sanctuary—a peaceful, soul-stirring space designed to awaken your creativity, ground you in nature, and offer the kind of retreat that lingers long after you leave.
Tucked deep within our 16-acre Beloved Cabin Tiny House Homestead, this beautiful 20’ geodesic dome is part hideaway, part living artwork. Surrounded by forest and sky, it’s a place to disconnect from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with what really matters—stillness, stars, and simplicity.
If you're searching for a romantic getaway, a quiet creative space, or simply a chance to unplug, this semi-off-grid dome offers a truly unforgettable experience. And with Lake Oconee just a 5-minute drive away, outdoor adventure is always within reach.
✨ The Dome Experience
Every detail in this dome has been designed with artistry and authenticity in mind. Inside, you’ll find:
A 100-year-old full-size antique bed, incredibly comfy and full of charm
A vintage antique potty—yes, it’s real, and yes, it adds a rustic twist to your stay
A cozy antique velvet sofa, perfect for curling up with a book or journaling
A propane cooktop and cooler for simple off-grid meals
A small kitchenette area with a water container and basin for hand washing, dish rinsing, or quick cleanups
Basic cooking essentials (pots, pans, utensils) provided
Towels, linens, and cozy bedding included
This is a WiFi-free zone, and while cell reception is limited, guests with AT&T usually have reliable service. You’ll be encouraged to slow down, tune into nature, and let go of digital distractions.
Outside, enjoy:
A private fire pit with seating under the stars (BYO firewood, or purchase on-site when available)
Nature’s soundtrack—crickets, owls, rustling leaves, and the occasional curious deer
A soon-to-be-completed outdoor shower (until then, you’ll have full access to a private bathroom at the nearby community house)
🛖 Community Amenities
While the dome offers a rustic off-grid experience, you’re never too far from comfort. All guests are welcome to use the shared community house, which includes:
A fully-equipped kitchen with modern appliances
A flush toilet and hot shower
A laundry room, dining area, and cozy lounge
Books, DVDs, games, and space to relax indoors
A place to meet other guests, if you’re feeling social
You'll also have access to trails, our peaceful creek, and plenty of spots to sit, journal, meditate, or simply observe the natural world around you.
