You cannot be any closer to the beach. Great location. The exterior of the property could use a little updating. There was a slight odor that we had to mask with a candle, but overall a great stay!

Beautiful and telaxing

From lazy beach days just a few steps away, to painting and playing games in the bright, naturally lit family room, to breakfast and lunches on the deck looking at the ocean, to dinners and ice cream in the historic downtown area, we had such a wonderful stay. And the best of all…breathtaking sunrises and mornings walks on the beach every day. We also took a guided kayak trip and visit to Fort Clinch, which were a blast. Our hearts of full!

Great Location but needs some work

Right on the beach and very quiet but house needs some work. Additionally, coffee maker and toaster oven were so dirty as to be unusable. House is not very well equipped.

This place smells like your Grandma's house

The location is nice and that's literally the only positive. The amenities are all dated. One of the showers has a showerhead that can't be directed so it just sprays onto the floor and other bathtub doesn't drain so pick your poison. If you have an issue with the property, the management group is slow to respond and dont expect to get a response in less than 30 minutes.

Nice house, great location.

This house has a wonderful deck overlooking the ocean that leads into the large living room/dining room kitchen. The main bedroom is quite large, the other two more compact. Beds very comfortable. We grilled a few times on a barbecue that was under the deck. Overall, not a fancy place, but an excellent experience.
