We loved the view from this condo! It was nice to have a pack and play included at the condo so that it was one less thing we needed to bring. Communication is great with the rental team. We had the smoke detector battery run out overnight while we were there and maintenance installed a new battery the next morning. I also mentioned being disappointed that a beach cart was mentioned in the listing and it was not in the unit, and a new cart was delivered within an hour. The furniture is very comfortable inside and on the balcony. The kiddie pool is extremely nice especially with a toddler that has decided he isn’t big on going into pools. The larger/adult pool is pretty small and half of it is enclosed so you are pretty limited on laying out in or around the pools. I loved staying here! I appreciated that the beach service is included. However, Suncoast beach rentals set up the umbrellas and chairs much further back from the waterline than the surrounding condos. There was a nearby condo that had beach chair set up right on the crest of sand above the waterline. Suncoast chairs were at least 20-30 yards back so people bringing their own beach chairs set up in front of you and blocked the view.

We loved our stay in the condo itself! It had a beautiful view, and the amenities were perfect for us and our kids! The only negative thing is the elevator situation. There is only 2 elevators that service the entire 20 floor building, so we spent 30 minutes or more waiting for an elevator many times. Thankfully, this is on the 7th floor, so we had to take the stairs quite often to avoid the elevator delay. We learned to park on the 3rd floor so if we had to use the stairs at all, it was only for a few flights. The day of checkout we had to make several trips down those stairs though, as after an hour the elevator still had not stopped with room for us to get on. Overall, the condo was beautiful, but we will not stay there again unless they fix the elevator situation as this caused issues with what you could take to the beach as well as at check in/checkout. It was a matter of practicality, not convenience.

Immaculate condo in such a convenient location! Everything looks new and updated. Super clean and came with everything you need, especially if you’re traveling with kiddos. Really appreciated that it came with included beach chair service, but also that there were extra beach chairs and a wagon in the condo to use. Extra sheets, blankets, and even hair driers were provided. We walked to a lot of restaurants and there was even a food truck parked at the condo that we ate at for lunch while we were at the pool. My only complaint is that I wasn’t a fan of the adult size pool. It’s on the smaller side and half of it is indoors. It was completely in the shade by 3pm. I didn’t get in it once but the kids liked it fine. So if the pool is one of your deciding factors, you may want to look elsewhere. However, the splash pad area was a hit for the smaller kids. I just would have liked a nice pool for myself since we weren’t able to get in the ocean multiple days due to rough waters and double red flags.
